Thanks to all my team, in 2015 we won the RH Digital award for the Best MASTER of HR and managed to position ourselves among the best European master’s degree in the Merco ranking. I am excited about the challenges and the possibility of making what seems impossible easy and feasible, and all from good humor and common sense. I sincerely believe that good leadership and teamwork make a big difference in a work environment and that people make a difference in any sector and in any business model.

Treat your workers well and they will treat your clients well (attributed to Richard Branson, but it’s the phrase of many successful leaders). There is no other formula for achieving the success of the organization. Only If we are able to attract and retain the best, we will succeed.
