Biography

HR Professional with more than 25 years of experience in Managerial positions. Extensive experience in multinational environments, accustomed to managing international HR projects: HR Development, Talent Management, Recruitment and Selection, Design and delivery of training and development programs in English and Spanish, implementation and monitoring of performance assessment programs, career plans and succession plans, RSC, Diversity Management, corporate volunteers. Used to managing international HR projects. My other great passion is teaching. I am a teacher at King Juan Carlos University (URJC) and other postgraduate schools (EAE, EOI, Ostelea), designing and providing training in English and Spanish in various subjects of Tourism, Strategic and HR Management, Entrepreneurs, Marketing and Communication, as well as management skills: leadership, high-performance teams, effective presentations, personal branding. Design of training programs. Since 2011, I am also Director of HR Masters Programs at EAE Business School (HR Directors and Trainers). Thanks to all my team, in 2015 we won the RH Digital award for the Best MASTER of HR and managed to position ourselves among the best European master’s degree in the Merco ranking. I am excited about the challenges and the possibility of making what seems impossible easy and feasible, and all from good humor and common sense. I sincerely believe that good leadership and teamwork make a big difference in a work environment and that people make a difference in any sector and in any business model.

Treat your workers well and they will treat your clients well (attributed to Richard Branson, but it’s the phrase of many successful leaders). There is no other formula for achieving the success of the organization. Only If we are able to attract and retain the best, we will succeed.
